Playing a game of guess who mommy or daddy is a fun way to get guests laughing and bring focus to both mommy and daddy at a shower. Guess Who Mommy Or Daddy:
This printable download mommy or daddy baby shower game is a fun way for guests to reflect on both parents and laugh about their expectations for the new baby. It is especially fun to incorporate if the baby shower hosts guests from both sides of the family who may know one parent better than they know the couple as a whole.
Before the shower quiz the parents and gather their answers for an answer key. (Yes, they have to agree on an answer for each question!) Then hand out a copy to each guest and give them a few minutes to circle whether they think the parents answered mommy or daddy to the question.
The guest with the most answers correctly matched to the answers of the parents wins! If you need a tie-breaker it’s built right in. Just give the victory to whoever most accurately guesses the mommy’s due date!

Baby Shower Bingo
Baby bingo is fun on its own but is also a great compliment to the mommy or daddy baby shower game. The baby bingo game keeps guests engaged while the new mom is opening her gifts and gets them into the baby mindset as they try to think of all of the little necessities that an infant requires!
These baby shower bingo cards require guests to fill in which gifts they think the mom will receive. It often works well to just hand out the printed baby bingo cards and give everyone 10-15 minutes to fill them in right before gift time. I’ve also been part of some showers where the cards were handed out at the beginning of the shower for guests to fill out between activities. Either way works great!
As the new mom opens her gifts have her hold each one up high so guests can cross it off if it was on their bingo sheet. The first guest to cross off 5 in a row wins!

Baby Shower Advice Cards
If you haven’t been to a baby shower where you have filled out baby shower advice cards, it’s a really great way to bless a new mom with encouragement, words of wisdom, and practical advice as she approaches a big life transition. Advice cards are a great compliment to the fun guess who mommy or daddy game and baby shower bingo. They cause guests to stop and reflect on the new mom’s well-being and the unknown journey ahead for her with a new baby. These cards can be a great blessing to the mother as she is able to read them after the excitement of her shower is over and even save them to revisit after her baby arrives.
Baby shower advice cards are a really nice way to ease guests into shower events. I’ve been to many showers where they were handed out or placed on a table at the beginning of the shower so that guests could write down their thoughts for the new mom while everyone continues to arrive. Collect them in a box or a cute basket before gift time or at the end of the shower and pass them along to the new mom to read later.
Guests can write verses, funny moments to look forward to, practical tips, encouragement, or just voice their excitement to the mom to be.

Baby showers are so cute and creative! I have been to multiple baby showers before and it was really entertaining and exciting.
